Paneer Kulcha
Paneer is basically Indian Cottage cheese or as non-vegetarians call it vegetarian chicken. So we slapped some paneer on these baked bread (naan) and named it paneer kulcha.
Gongura Naan
Gongura is commonly called sour spinach. Its other names are ambada, red sorrel leaves, kenaf, or roselle. These healthy leaves are seasoned with our special spices, stuffed in between the naan, and then cooked in a tandoor oven.

Roti is a flatbread made from wholemeal flour that we like to call, atta. This type of roti is traditionally made in a cylindrical clay oven called the tandoor which is where it derives its name for. It is often eaten with chickpea curry, chole, or channel. Making the traditional dish chole bhature. This bread is like puri bread but is made with leavened dough.
